These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website mallestyle.io (the “Site”) and any related applications, dashboards, or services provided by Mallestyle OÜ (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or Services.

All content on the Site and within the platform (including text, code, designs, and logos) is protected by intellectual property laws.

1. About Mallestyle & Our Services

Mallestyle is a technology provider that helps businesses manage and scale their advertising on platforms like:

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

  • Google

  • TikTok

  • Other third-party media platforms

We offer tools, ad accounts, strategic support, and guidance. We are not an ad network and do not guarantee media buying approval or outcomes.

2. Eligibility & Account Use

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old;

  • Use the Services only for business/professional purposes.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account info accurate and updated

  • Keeping your login details safe

  • All activity under your account

We may suspend or restrict access if we detect misuse or risks.

3. License & Usage

You’re granted a limited, non-transferable license to use our platform for your business needs.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, sell, or modify our platform

  • Share login access without permission

  • Replicate internal processes or frameworks

  • Interfere with the system or use bots/scrapers

  • Use our Services in a way that could harm us or our partners

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

4. Prohibited Use & Compliance

You must not use our platform or accounts to:

  • Mislead or deceive

  • Run illegal or non-compliant ads

  • Hide campaign intentions

If we find any misuse, we may:

  • Terminate access immediately

  • Inform platforms or partners

  • Refuse refunds

  • Seek compensation for damages

5. Payments & Refunds

5.1 Payments

You must pay all agreed fees on time. Failed or late payments may result in suspended access.

5.2 Refunds

Refunds are discretionary and only considered if:

  • You request it within 30 days of payment

  • You contact us from your registered email

  • Platform fees and used credits are non-refundable

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • You’ve used our infrastructure for campaigns

  • There’s any policy violation or chargeback attempt

Unauthorised disputes may lead to account closure.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You breach these Terms

  • You violate platform rules

  • You act in bad faith or pose risks

On termination:

  • Access stops immediately

  • No further refunds will be given

  • You must delete confidential materials

7. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

  • Account approval on any platform

  • Campaign performance or results

  • Continuous access to third-party tools

Your results depend on your own efforts, creatives, and platform policies.

8. Third-Party Tools

We may use tools or services from third parties, including:

  • Analytics platforms

  • Verification/KYC providers

  • Advertising platforms

You also agree to their terms where applicable. We are not responsible for how they operate or enforce rules.

9. Limitations

We are not liable for:

  • Lost profits or ad account suspensions

  • Compliance rejections or bans

  • Data loss or indirect damages

If legally required, our liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the past 3 months.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our site. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.

Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith talks. If needed, legal proceedings may take place in Estonia.
